管道因溫度變化產(chǎn)生熱脹冷縮現象，管線(xiàn)受熱膨脹變形，受冷收縮發(fā)生斷裂，為了避免這種現象產(chǎn)生的管線(xiàn)破壞叫熱力補償。一般在管段加入補償器，管線(xiàn)因溫度變化而伸長(cháng)或縮短的配件，熱力管線(xiàn)上所利用的主要有波形補償器和波紋管兩種。
CS熱力管道伸縮器特點(diǎn)
管道伸縮器的鏈接主要有法蘭連接、焊接兩種，直埋式伸縮器（非地溝、設井安裝時(shí)）一般采用焊接。管道伸縮器具有良好的綜合性能，所以它廣泛用于化工、建筑、給水、排水、石油、輕重工業(yè)、冷凍、衛生、水暖、消防、電力等基礎工程
使用范圍：CS型熱力套管伸縮器是電廠(chǎng)、核電、發(fā)電、煉鋼、扎鋼及污水處理工程等給排水管道的必備 設備，它的使用溫度200℃～350℃，它的使用壓力1.0～2.5MPa.
安裝注意事項：
1、安裝前松開(kāi)壓盤(pán)螺栓，將伸縮器拉長(cháng)至安裝長(cháng)度（見(jiàn)下表），然后對角法擰緊螺栓，切勿壓偏。
2、本伸縮器應安裝在管道的直線(xiàn)段上兩個(gè)固定支架之間，為保證伸縮器正常伸縮并防止拉脫，應設有導向支架及檔件。

Installation note:

2, the expansion pipe should be installed in the pipeline of straight section between two fixed bracket, to ensure that the valve and prevent pulled off the normal expansion, should have guide bracket and file a.
